- In a 9x13 inch cake pan, heat butter in oven or possibly on stove top. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except meat, green onions, and salsa. Beat with a mixer or possibly whip by hand till fluffy. Pour mix into the cake pan and add in meat. Sprinkle with green onions. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 min. Knife inserted into the center should come out clean. Serve with salsa on the side.
