- Brown sausage in large patties; drain and break into pcs. Lightly grease a 9 x 13 cake pan. Cover the bottom with croutons. Layer the sausage pcs on top. Sprinkle the grated cheese on the sausage. Mix the Large eggs and lowfat milk and pour over the top. Chill overnight.
- Mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 c. lowfat milk. Pour over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs. Let it set 15 min before cutting and serving.
