- Butter a 13 x 9 inch casserole and place cubed bread over bottom. Place cooked and liquid removed sausage over bread. Mix Large eggs, lowfat milk, salt and mustard and pour over sausage. Top with cheese. Cover with foil and chill overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 min. Aluminum foil may be placed over top near end of cooking time to prevent cheese from getting hard. Serves 8 to 10.
