  • 1 pound grnd pork sausage, browned & liquid removed
  • 2 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
  • 10 Large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 slices bread, cubed

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Brown sausage, drain well and set aside. In large bowl combine lowfat milk, Large eggs, dry mustard and salt. Beat one minute on medium speed. Stir in cheese, bread and sausage. Pour into ungreased 13"x9" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 min or possibly till knife inserted in center comes out clean. TIP: To make ahead, prepare, cover and chill overnight. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 min. Serves 12.
