Egg & Sausage Bake - Sausage Fondue

Ингредиенты

  • 8 slices bread
  • 2 c. cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 lbs. bulk sausage
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 3 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk

  1. Cube 8 slices of bread in a 9"x13" greased pan (glass works best). Add in 2 cups cheddar cheese. Cook and drain sausage. Sprinkle over bread and cheese. Beat four large eggs, lowfat milk, mustard and pour over bread mix. Let sit overnight. Before baking, dilute 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 cup lowfat milk. Pour over mix. Bake at 350 degrees (325 degrees for glass) for 1 hour.
