4 Large eggs
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. lowfat milk
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring

3 tbsp. cornmeal
3 tbsp. flour
Healthy pinch of salt
1 deep dish pie crust

Mix ingredients together. Cook about 30 min or possibly till done. Oven at 350 degrees. Makes 1 pie.
