  • 4 slightly beaten Large eggs
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 1/2 c. lowfat milk (or possibly Half and Half), scalded
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry shell

Инструкции

  1. Thoroughly mix Large eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla. Slowly stir in warm lowfat milk; pour into unbaked pastry shell. Warm oven, 475 degrees, first five min, then reduce heat to 425 degrees and bake 10 min longer. Silver knife inserted should come out clean. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
