Ингредиенты

  • 4 Large eggs
  • 1/3 c. fructose (or possibly sugar)
  • Healthy pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk, room temp.
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 9 inch unbaked pie shell (optional)

Инструкции

  1. Beat Large eggs well; add in fructose (or possibly sugar) and beat till light and fluffy. Add in salt, vanilla and nutmeg. Turn into pie shell or possibly custard c.. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 min, then at 325 degrees for 15 min. Cold completely.
  2. Preparation time: 45 min. Yield: 1 (9 inch) pie; 6 servings.
