  • 1 c. Butter, softened
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 3 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 1/3 c. Brandy
  • 1 tsp Mace
  • 4 c. Flour
  • 1 1/4 c. Confectioners sugar
  • 1 x Egg white
  • 1/8 tsp Cream of tartar

Инструкции

  1. Cream butter and sugar. Beat in Large eggs, brandy and mace. Add in sifted flour and work dough till smooth. Shape into a roll and wrap in plastic wrap-chill.
  2. Working on lightly floured surface, roll dough out to 1/16" thick and cut into desired shapes with cookie cutters. Place cookies on ungreased baking sheet and sprinkle with colored sugar. Use a toothpick to make a hole near the top of cookie for instering string/hook after baking.
  3. bake 375 for 8-9 mins.
