  • 500gr young nettle leaves
  • 50ml oil
  • 100 g rice
  • 2 onions
  • salt, cayenne pepper
  • fresh parsley
  • 50 g ground walnuts

  1. Finely chop onion and fry in oil. Then add the rice, a little cayenne pepper and fry so few minutes, then add washed and chopped nettles. Dilute with hot water and cook for another thirty minutes. Dish should be thick, so be careful about the amount of water. Almost dish sprinkled with finely chopped parsley and minced nuts. Serve cooled.
