Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/2 lbs. fresh grnd turkey
  • 2 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, pressed
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry sage
  • 1/4 teaspoon each dry marjoram and savory
  • 1 rounded tsp. fennel seeds
  • Vegetables, salt and freshly grnd pepper to taste

  1. Combine all ingredients together well in a medium bowl and let them stand in the refrigerator for several hrs, to allow seasonings to permeate the meat. In a large non-stick skillet, coarsely crumble in turkey mix and cook over a medium heat approximately 10 to 12 min, tossing occasionally. Serves 12.
