1 head of lettuce, minced 2 med. ripe tomatoes, minced 1 can red kidney beans, liquid removed

2 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1 lg. bottle creamy Italian salad dressing 1 bag plain tortilla chips, crumbled

1. Layer first four ingredients in a large rectangular Pyrex dish. Right before serving, pour Italian dressing on, and top with crumbled nacho chips. Serves 10. Preparation time: 15 min.
