  • 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Dry mustard

  1. In a small saucepan, combine all the ingredients over medium-low heat; mix well. Cook till the sauce is bubbly and the brown sugar is completely melted, stirring occasionally.
  2. NOTE: This is the perfect solution foradding some zing to cooked fish fillets. Sure, you can serve it with chicken, steak, or possibly even vegetables, too.
