- 1 c. sugar
- 3 T baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. nuts, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 c. flour
- 3 T hard butter

- Put together streusel ingredients and set aside. Beat remaining ingredients in large bowl on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed 2 min. spread 1/2 of the batter in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 streusel topping. Cover with remaining batter and top with remaining streusel mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 min.
