Easy Spanish Rice

Ингредиенты

8 tbsp. minute rice
1 sm. onion
1 can tomatoes
1/2 c. cubed sharp cheese

1/2 green pepper, minced
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. boiling water

Инструкции

Place all ingredients in a small (1 1/2 to 2 qt) casserole and mix well. Bake for 1 hour in a 350 degree oven. Serves 4-6.
