Super easy and delicious with mashed potatoes or pasta

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 can Spanish rice
  • ketchup

Инструкции

  1. Mix the ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Form into 5 or 6 equal size meatball.
  3. Put meat balls in an oven-safe dish.
  4. Add in just a little water in the bottom of the pan.
  5. Top each with a little squirt of ketchup
  6. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
