Рецепт Easy Spaghetti Sauce

Ингредиенты

1 1/2 to 2 lbs. grnd round 3 cans Contadina tomato paste 1-2 cloves fresh garlic (or possibly garlic pwdr) Oregano

Parsley, salt and pepper 1 c. onion (minced) 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese (Kraft)

Инструкции

1. Brown grnd round and onions. Add in seasoning (oregano, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper to taste).
2. Mix 3 cans tomato paste in large bowl with 9 cans hot water and stir away clumps. Add in to grnd round in large skillet or possibly saucepan. Add in Parmesan cheese and simmer 3-6 hrs. Will thicken. Add in water if you like.
