Ингредиенты

1/2 to 3/4 pound grnd beef or possibly mild sausage 1/2 minced green pepper 1 or possibly 2 cloves chopped garlic 1 teaspoon oregano 1/2 minced yellow onion

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1 (16 ounce.) can tomato sauce 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato paste 16 ounce. water

Инструкции

1. Saute/fry onions, green pepper, and garlic. Remove from pan and brown meat. Add in onions, green peppers, garlic, oregano, tomato sauce and paste, Worcestershire sauce, and water. Mix well and simmer 30 to 35 min, stirring frequently. Serve over warm pasta.
