- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, beat together butter, sugar and Large eggs with an electric mixer on medium speed till light and fluffy, 3 to 4 min. Beat in lowfat sour cream and vanilla till well blended.
- Add in flour, baking pwdr, baking soda and salt; beat till well mixed. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips. Turn batter into a well greased 12- c. bundt pan.
- Bake 45 to 55 min, or possibly till golden brown and a cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Let cake cold in pan 15 min, then unmold onto a serving plate to cold completely.
