Yummy, easy to prepare dip to serve with assorted crackers.

Ингредиенты

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 oz. package cream cheese, room temp
  • 1/2 cup minced celery
  • 4 scallions, chopped
  • juice of one lemon
  • 1 cup chopped, cooked shrimp (or use canned)
  • Tabasco to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. dill (optional)
  • garnish: chopped parsley

  1. Blend ingredients together in a bowl and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
  2. Garnish with parsley.
