  1. Pour both cans of roast beef into a medium mixing bowl, gravy and all. With a fork, mash roast beef till it is in small shreds.
  2. Prepare pie crusts according to directions. Line a 9 inch pie pan with one shell. Pour roast beef into pie shell. Mix cornstarch and water and pour over roast beef. Cover with top shell, seal edges and prick with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Easy and delicious! Serves 6.
