Easy Rice Bake

Ингредиенты

1 1/4 c. raw white rice
1 can consomme
1 can onion soup

1/4 pound butter
1 sm. can mushrooms, liquid removed (optional)

Инструкции

Place rice, soups, butter and mushrooms in baking dish. Place in 350 degree oven uncovered till butter melts, then mix it all together and bake for 45 min.
