Рецепт Easy Rhubarb Jam

Ингредиенты

5 c. minced rhubarb 4 c. sugar

1 (15 ounce.) can crushed pineapple 1 pkg. wild strawberry Jello

Инструкции

1. In a 2 qt saucepan mix together first 3 ingredients. Blend well over low heat till sugar is melted. Cook over high heat for 15 min, stirring gently constantly. Remove from heat and add in Jello and blend well. Pour into jelly jars. Chill or possibly freeze.
