- Mix crumbs, melted butter and brown sugar together. Press in 9 x 13 pan and cold.
- Mix whipped cream and marshmallows; spread over cooled crust.
- Thaw raspberries. Drain off and reserve juice. Add in water to juice to make 2 c. liquid. Stir into junket and boil 1 minute. Stir in liquid removed berries. Cold and spread over dessert. Chill about 2 hrs before using. Can be refrigerated 2-3 days if necessary.
