1 c. cool lowfat milk 2 T Jello instant pudding (any flavor)

1 scoop ice cream, softened, any flavor

Инструкции

1. Use shaker with tight lid. Pour lowfat milk into shaker, add in 2 tbsp of Jello instant pudding and ice cream. Put lid on. Shake very hard for one minute. Open shaker pour into glass drink right away.
