A sumptuous dessert that I make for my family. This is an all time favorite from my circle of friends too. I get requests to do this over and over again!

- Combine the evaporated milk, condensed milk, eggs, and bread. Mix in a blender or whisk it until only small lumps are visible.
- Caramelize the sugar in a small round aluminum baking pan. Let it sit for a few minutes to crystalize.
- Pour in the batter onto the caramelized sugar.
- Put the pan with the mixture on a steamer and cook for 30mins.
- Remove the pan from the steamer and let it cool on a cooling rack.
- Once cool, place in the fridge to chill.
- Once chilled, turn it over onto a serving plate.
- Serve chilled as snack or dessert.
- Tip: adjust the sweetness according to your sweetness level
