Chicken parts Choice of cut-up vegetables, e.g. carrots potatoes, zuchinni, onions...
1/3 c. Extra virgin olive oil

1/4 c. Brandy Seasonings

Инструкции

Place vegetables and chicken in a single layer in a large baking pan.
Sprinkle with parsley flakes, oregano, garlice pwdr, salt, pepper and any other seasonings of choice. Drizzle over all about the extra virgin olive oil mixed with brandy. Add in 1 c. water to the bottom of the pan and place in a 350F oven to bake for one hour.
