Рецепт Easy one pot Hamburger beef stroganoff
I like this recipe because I dont like cooking with wine and I am not a big mushroom fan. I used chicken bouillon and hot water in place of chicken/beef broth and I didn't add any salt because the bouillon had enough.

- In a large skillet over medium high heat add olive oil or butter saute onions and garlic until fragrant about 3 minutes
- Add hamburger cook until it is no longer pink. Drain grease or fat. Return to heat and
- Add broth,egg noodles, spices, Worcestershire sauce, mustard cook until noodles are al dente.
- Add cream cheese and sour cream combine well
- Cook about 5 minutes longer until sauce thickens.
