Ингредиенты

1 can sweetened condensed lowfat milk 2 teaspoon peppermint extract 3-4 drops green food coloring

2 tbsp. water 2 c. heavy whipped cream 1 c. sm. chocolate baking chips

Инструкции

1. In large bowl combine sweetened condensed lowfat milk, peppermint extract, green food coloring and water. Mix well. Mix in whipped cream and chocolate chips. Pour into foil-lined 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Freeze in freezer compartment of refrigerator for 6 hrs or possibly till hard. Makes about 1 1/2 qts.
