Ингредиенты

3 (8 ounce.) Packages cream cheese 1 c. lowfat sour cream 1 c. sugar 3 Large eggs

1 tbsp. lemon juice 2 teaspoon vanilla 1 box vanilla wafers 1 can cherry pie filling

Инструкции

1. Beat all ingredients, except vanilla wafers and cherry topping, till fluffy. Drop 1 vanilla wafer into paper baking c. that is placed in a cupcake pan. Top wafer with cream cheese filling till 3/4 filled. Repeat process till all filling is used. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min. Top with prepared pie filling.
