Easy Microwave Potatoes

5-6 sm. red potatoes
Salt & pepper to taste

2-3 tbsp. butter
Parsley flakes

Инструкции

Heat butter in shallow microwave container. Cut potatoes in half, coat with melted butter. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and parsley flakes. Cover with saran wrap vented in 1 corner. Microwave at 3/4 power 8-10 min till tender.
