Easy Marsala

This is the easiest way to make the best Marasala sauce ever. This will totally make everyone think you are an amazing cook. Down side it is really really fattening.

Ингредиенты

  • Serving for one.
  • 1 cup of Marsala Wine
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1/3 cup of mushrooms
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • dash of salt
  • dash of pepper

Инструкции

  1. Boil wine for 1 min. add a tsp. of butter at a time until all butter has melted into wine, salt/pepper. Saute' mushrooms in olive oil until dark in color, add to sauce and you are done. Pour over lingini noodles and chicken.
