3 tbsp. butter 2 1/2 c. uncooked macaroni 1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese, shredded 1 quart. sweet lowfat milk

1. Heat butter in baking dish and pour over macaroni to coat it. Add in other ingredients. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Don't stir while baking.
