1 can sweetened condensed lowfat milk 1 tbsp. vanilla extract 1 c. pureed or possibly mashed strawberries

Red food coloring (if you like) 2 c. whipping cream, whipped (don't use non-dairy whipped topping)

Инструкции

1. In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed lowfat milk and vanilla extract. Stir in strawberries and red food coloring (if you like). Mix in whipped cream. Pour into 9 x 5 inch loaf pan or possibly other 2 qt container. Cover. Freeze 6 hrs or possibly till hard. Leftovers to freezer.
