2 avocados, mashed 1 tbsp. grated onion 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon chili pwdr 1 diced tomato

1. Mash avocados with potato masher. Add in all remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve with tortilla chips or possibly with quesadillas.
