  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. instant potato flakes
  • 1/2 cool lowfat milk
  • 1 1/4 c. water
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  1. Mix all together, flour and roll; thicker than a pencil, cut into 1 inch pcs and flip with thumb. Boil in salted water; drain and serve with favorite spaghetti sauce.
