  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. sifted self-rising flour
  • 1 c. sugar, divided
  • 1 c. canned sliced peaches, liquid removed
  • 1 c. blueberries, liquid removed
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Инструкции

  1. Heat margarine in an 8 x 8 x 2 in baking pan. Combine lowfat milk, flour and 1/2 c sugar in bowl; mix thoroughly. Pour into pan over melted margarine. Don't stir. Combine remaining ingredients; pour into middle of pan over batter. Don't stir. Preheat gas grill. Cook with cover down, on medium setting 35 min or possibly till done.
  2. Makes 4 servings.
  3. NOTE: Other fruit may be substituted.
