- Heat margarine in an 8 x 8 x 2 in baking pan. Combine lowfat milk, flour and 1/2 c sugar in bowl; mix thoroughly. Pour into pan over melted margarine. Don't stir. Combine remaining ingredients; pour into middle of pan over batter. Don't stir. Preheat gas grill. Cook with cover down, on medium setting 35 min or possibly till done.
- Makes 4 servings.
- NOTE: Other fruit may be substituted.
