- (I use fresh fruit if I can find it. Also, living in Georgia, we have lots of great peaches during season! I like to freeze them so I have them all year long. If you use fresh fruit, cook it till fruit is tender (I like it kinda mushy) and add in sugar to suit your taste.
- Heat butter in a shallow baking dish or possibly pan. Mix flour, sugar, and lowfat milk.
- Pour into melted butter. Don't STIR. Add in fruit and juice. Bake at 350 for 45 min or possibly till golden. Crust will rise to the top.
