Easy Fritatta

Ингредиенты

1 tsp Oil
12 ounce Potatoes, (red are nice)
6 x Large eggs

1/4 c. Salsa
1/4 c. Grated cheese S & P

Инструкции

Preheat oven to 425'. Wash potatoes & cut small cubes.Leave skin on. Saute/fry in pan a few min then cover for 10 min. Combine the rest of the ingredients & pour over potatoes in pan. Cover and cook for 3 min.
Remove cover & cook in oven for 4-6 min till set.
