Рецепт Easy Dinners with Blue Apron
by Two Peas and Their Pod

Easy Dinners with Blue Apron Life is a little crazy right now. We are packing up our rental and getting ready to move into our house! We are excited, but a little stressed. When Blue Apron contacted us and asked if we wanted to try their meal service, I said YES! I have been slacking on making dinner because we are so busy. We have been eating a lot of Avocado Toast with Eggs and watermelon. It was time to make something different. Blue Apron allows you to create delicious, recipes at home, without even leaving the house! All of the ingredients and recipes are delivered right to the door! They offer two types of plans, the 2-Person Plan and Family Plan. They have a large selection of recipes to choose from and you can do everything online. It is super flexible, you can skip weeks or cancel at anytime. For our meals, we chose Seared Chicken & Miso Udon Noodles and the White Focaccia Pizza. The refrigerated box arrived on our scheduled day and all of the ingredients were super fresh. The ingredients were clearly marked and the recipe cards were easy to follow. All of the meals can be prepared in 40 minutes or less, which is a huge bonus! Josh made the Seared Chicken & Miso Udon Noodle dish for dinner while I was packing and he said it was easy peasy! Oh, and he left the chicken off of my noodle bowl so I could enjoy a veggie meal! The sauce was amazing and the boys loved slurping up the noodles. We also loved the White Focaccia Pizza with Ricotta and Zucchini. Again, it was easy to make and full of flavor! I love that they included a green salad on the side too! Thanks Blue Apron for helping us get dinner on the table! And now we have a special offer, the first 25 readers will get two free meals on their first Blue Apron order, just click here to sign up! Disclosure-this post is in partnership with Blue Apron, but our opinions are our own.
