Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. Yellow cornmeal
  • 1/2 c. All purpose flour
  • 3 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 c. Canned creamed corn
  • 1/4 c. Unsalted butter, melted, cooled slightly (1/2 stick)
  • 1 lrg Egg, beaten to blend

Инструкции

  1. Position rack in center of oven; preheat to 400F. Butter 8-inch square baking pan. Whisk cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking pwdr and salt in large bowl to blend. Add in creamed corn, butter and egg. Stir just till blended.
  2. Spoon batter into pan.
  3. Bake till edges begin to pull away from pan sides and tester inserted into center comes out clean, about 20 min. Cold in pan on rack.
  4. Makes 8 servings.
