Ингредиенты

  • 30 red tomatoes
  • 6 apples, peeled & cored
  • 6 pears, cut up, skins removed
  • 6 peaches, scald & remove skins
  • 6 onions, minced
  • 2 red peppers
  • 1 big bunch celery, minced
  • 4 c. sugar
  • 3 1/2 c. cider vinegar
  • 3 tbsp. salt
  • 1 box mixed spices, tie in cheese cloth & float

Инструкции

  1. Place all ingredients in large pan and cook slowly 2 hrs or possibly till tender. Seal in sterilized jars.
