2 (4 ounce.) cans green chilies 4 beaten Large eggs

3/4 pound Monterey Jack cheese, grated

1. Grease pie pan. Line with chilies; cut to lie flat. Cover with cheese, then Large eggs. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Cut like a pie; serve warm.
