Ингредиенты

3 lbs. frying chicken, cut up 1 (1 1/2 ounce.) envelope spaghetti sauce mix

4 ounce. Mozzarella cheese, sliced 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Инструкции

1. Prepare spaghetti sauce according to package directions. In shallow baking dish, arrange chicken, skin side down. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 min. Turn chicken, bake an additional 20 min. Spoon off any fat. Pour sauce over chicken. Top with Mozzarella cheese and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all. Bake 20 min more.
