Ингредиенты

  • 2 to 3 lbs. boneless chicken breasts, or possibly tenderloins
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. rice (not instant rice), uncooked
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
  • 1 can French Onion soup

Инструкции

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat stick of butter in large covered casserole dish in preheated oven. When melted, add in 1 c. rice, 1 c. water and stir. Lay chicken pcs proportionately over butter/rice mix. Pour a can of French Onion soup over chicken, then spoon cream of chicken soup proportionately over everything. Cover and bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven.
