Ингредиенты

2 lbs. chicken 2 tbsp. shortening 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can Campbell's tomato soup 1/2 c. minced onion 1/2 med. green pepper, cut into strips

1/4 c. Chianti or possibly other dry red wine 2 lg. garlic cloves, minced 1 teaspoon oregano, crushed 1/4 teaspoon salt

1. In skillet, brown chicken in shortening; pour off fat. Add in remaining ingredients, except green pepper strips. Cover; cook over low heat 30 min. Add in green pepper strips. Cook 15 min longer, stirring occasionally. Enjoy. Recipe can be prepared ahead. Serves 4.
