Ингредиенты

1 1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken pcs
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 can Italian style stewed tomatoes

1 sm. can sliced mushrooms
1 c. sliced zucchini

Инструкции

Brown chicken in oil 10 min, turning occasionally; drain. Add in tomatoes, mushrooms and zucchini. Cover and simmer 25 min. Serve over pasta. Serves 4.
