1 baked pie crust

1. Beat butter and powdered sugar till light and fluffy. Add in 2 Tbsp. almond extract and egg; blend well. Spread filling into pie shell; Spread proportionately.
2. Combine cherry pie filling and 2 Tbsp. almond extract. Spoon over butter mix. Chill at least one hour. Garnish with whipped cream, toasted almonds and shaved chocolate before serving. Store in refrigerator.
