- 1 c. Minute Rice, uncooked
- 1 c. minced celery
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 lbs. hamburger, browned & liquid removed
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. minced onions
- 1 (20 ounce.) pkg. frzn cauliflower, carrots & broccoli

- Mix all ingredients together and place in 9"x13" cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 min. Top with 1 lb. grated mild cheddar cheese and bake another 15 to 20 min. Do not add in any water, the frzn vegetables provide for this.
