Ингредиенты

2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 c. lowfat milk Grated cheese 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Инструкции

1. In microwave proof bowl or possibly 1 qt measure pitcher heat the butter. Stir in flour. Add in salt and pepper. Stir in lowfat milk. Microwave on high till mix comes to a boil and thickens, stir every minute. Takes about 4 to 5 min. Add in grated cheese and Worcestershire sauce.
